A creative request is something you would like us to create, such as a video, graphic, or strategy piece. Under our Essential plan, submit one request at a time; our Pro plan allows two. Delivery times vary—quick graphics within 48 hours, Monday-Friday, and more complex projects, videos, etc. may take longer—unlimited requests per month, dependent on each asset’s complexity and your prompt feedback. We aim to maximize your monthly output without compromising quality.
How do I submit a creative request?
To submit a creative request, your account manager will guide you through setting up on our project management platform. You’ll easily create new requests, upload images, brand assets, or footage and provide feedback. It’s super simple.
Why wouldn't I hire my own team?
With in-house teams, you face high salaries, benefits, and overhead. Our team delivers senior-level expertise, with the flexibility to pause or cancel anytime—avoiding long-term commitments and management burdens.

Can I cancel if I don't like it?
Of course, there are no contracts or long-term commitments required. You have the option to pause or cancel your service whenever you choose. However, if our team has already allocated time and begun your project, you won’t be eligible for a refund.
